ORLAC
ORLAC is the Ontario Region LINC Advisory Committee.
ORLAC’s mandate is to provide advice and guidance to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on issues relating to the Language Instruction to Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program. A large part of its role is to review, assess and make recommendations on proposals for funding that are regional in scope.
